In a time where people communicate mostly online, it’s still best to socialize in person. Serial entrepreneur and author Andrew Griffiths in his column on Inc.com states that personal meetings can go beyond the initial objective and open more doors for possible ventures:
“In face-to-face meetings the conversation is less labored and to the point, meaning it can tend to go in different directions more naturally, and from my experience, this leads to more opportunities.“
Another point he mentioned is more on personal branding: “You can make more of an impression face to face, based on what you are wearing, how you conduct yourself in the meeting, even your computer/pens etc. This is a big part of our personal brand, whether you like it or not.“
Everyone can set up meetings in any place they want to, but if you’re open for more business opportunities, visit the 10th Philippine Business and Entrepreneurs’ Expo this August 30 to this August 30 to September 01, 2019 at Megatrade Hall 2. 5th Level, SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.
